Welcome Connection is a special outreach program and nonprofit organization of St. Mark's.

To build inclusive and welcoming communities for LGBTQIA+ and other marginalized communities
through grassroots organizing in North Dakota.

Welcome Connection seeks to organize clergy, community activists, congregations and nonprofit organizations in collaborative efforts to build inclusive and welcoming communities in North Dakota.
Through Welcome Connection, we have developed a partnership with Isaiah MN, a Minnesota nonprofit
that has operated for 20 years in organizing communities around social justice issues.
Together we have provided workshops in Fargo on community organizing techniques for clergy
and community leaders, including assessing the need for a similar organization in North Dakota.
We are seeking faith leaders and congregations interested in working together on social justice issues.
